Where is Isaac Crawford Salon located, and what are your hours?
We're at 1130 West Diversey Parkway in Chicago, IL 60614. We're open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM.
What hair services does Isaac Crawford Salon offer?
We offer a full à la carte menu — women's and men's haircuts, gender-neutral styling, clipper and barbering cuts, blowouts, color, and keratin smoothing systems. Every service is priced by stylist level and tailored to your hair.
Do you provide keratin smoothing treatments for frizzy hair?
Yes, we offer both a Full and an Express Smoothing System to tame frizz and add lasting shine. These keratin-based treatments are priced by stylist level, just like the rest of our à la carte menu.
What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment carry a $50 charge. A no-show or missed appointment is charged $100.
What happens if I'm not happy with my hair color?
You have 7 days from your service to request a color adjustment. Your color is guaranteed for 30 days as long as you use the salon-recommended shampoo and conditioner to maintain it.
How much does a haircut cost at Isaac Crawford Salon?
Our Medium/Long Cut starts at $76 and Clipper/Short Cut starts at $51, with a Child's Cut (10 and under) starting at $40. Prices vary by stylist level, hair length, thickness, and difficulty.
How much do color services cost, and do they include a blow-dry?
Base Color starts at $96 and Full Blonding starts at $222; a Gloss starts at $55. Color services don't include a blow-dry, so a Blowout ($60) is booked separately.
Do I need a consultation before color services, and how is pricing determined?
Consultations are complimentary and highly recommended before any color service. We use Vish technology to calculate your color pricing transparently, so you know the cost upfront.
Do you sell hair care products at the salon?
Yes, we carry shampoo and conditioner that we recommend to help your color last. You have 30 days to return any product, as long as it's only slightly used.
